If you need to relax, or if you want feel your entire body relaxing,  this is the guided meditation for you. Talk about an oldie. There have been people doing this meditation for literally thousands of years.

You get to use your Imagination, and increase your focus, increase your vitality and relax. Our bodies react much better to relaxation than worry or stress.

This one needs a good quiet atmosphere, that is safe and comforable.  It can be done standing, seated or laying down. ( Did I mention Not while driving, who would do that anyway!!!) It takes about 35 minutes.
